Platinum Exports

Exports in Eastern Asia

After two years of growth, shipments abroad of platinum decreased by less than X% to X tons in 2022. In general, exports, however, showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2014 with an increase of X%. As a result, the exports reached the peak of X tons. From 2015 to 2022, the growth of the exports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, platinum exports contracted to $X in 2022. Total exports indicated a noticeable expansion from 2012 to 2022: its value increased at an average annual rate of X% over the last decade.
