Ball bearings was the main type of ball or roller bearings in the world, with the volume of imports amounting to 1.1M tons, which was approx. 51% of total imports in 2022. Tapered roller bearings (482K tons) held a 23% share (based on physical terms) of total imports, which put it in second place, followed by cylindrical roller bearings (10%), spherical roller bearings (8.2%) and roller bearings (4.6%).
