Canned Pineapple Price in Tanzania (CIF) - 2022
In 2022, the average canned pineapple import price amounted to $448 per ton, dropping by -60.7% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price saw a deep contraction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 an increase of 118%. Over the period under review, average import prices hit record highs at $2,061 per ton in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, import prices failed to regain momentum.

In general, the export price, however, recorded a abrupt curtailment.
