Mushroom and Truffle Price in Indonesia (CIF) - 2022
In March 2022, the average mushroom and truffle import price amounted to $2,960 per ton, rising by 3.2% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the import price saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in October 2021 an increase of 22% month-to-month. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the peak figure at $3,110 per ton in December 2021; however, from January 2022 to March 2022, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
Average prices varied noticeably amongst the major supplying countries. In March 2022, the country with the highest price was Malaysia ($3,624 per ton), while the price for China totaled $2,914 per ton.
From March 2021 to March 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by South Korea (+2.7%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced a decline.

In 2022, the average mushroom and truffle export price amounted to $5,123 per ton, growing by 21% against the previous year. Overall, the export price showed a prominent increase. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2014 when the average export price increased by 117% against the previous year.
