Non-Reinforced Rubber Tubing Price in Bangladesh (CIF) - 2022
The average non-reinforced rubber tubing import price stood at $4,125 per ton in 2022, declining by -9.1% against the previous year. Overall, the import price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2019 when the average import price increased by 16%. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the maximum at $5,641 per ton in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2022, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In 2022, amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was India ($7,640 per ton), while the price for Sri Lanka ($1,369 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by India (+11.2%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.
Non-Reinforced Rubber Tubing Price in Bangladesh (FOB) - 2022
In 2022, the average non-reinforced rubber tubing export price amounted to $4,467 per ton, with an increase of 25% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price, however, recorded a noticeable slump. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2019 when the average export price increased by 36% against the previous year. The export price peaked at $8,373 per ton in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2022, the export prices failed to regain momentum.

From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to India (+31.7%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.

Non-reinforced rubber tubing imports into Bangladesh rose rapidly to 624 tons in 2022, picking up by 9% on 2021 figures. In general, imports posted a significant expansion. In value terms, non-reinforced rubber tubing exports declined rapidly to $13K in 2022. In general, exports, however, continue to indicate a significant expansion.
