In March 2022, the average export price for rubber; natural (excluding latex), in smoked sheetses amounted to $1,990 per ton, surging by 1.9% against the previous month. Overall, the export price, however, showed a mild downturn. Over the period under review, the average export prices attained the maximum at $2,290 per ton in March 2021; however, from April 2021 to March 2022, the export prices remained at a lower figure.

Average prices varied noticeably for the major external markets. In March 2022, the highest price was recorded for prices to Germany ($2,244 per ton) and the United States ($2,023 per ton), while the average price for exports to Spain ($1,916 per ton) and India ($1,921 per ton) were amongst the lowest.

From March 2021 to March 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Germany (-0.5%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.
