The average export price for tobacco; other than "homogenised" or "reconstituted" or "smoking"s stood at $8,108 per ton in 2022, declining by -29.4% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2020 an increase of 28%. As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $11,823 per ton. From 2021 to 2022, the average export prices failed to regain momentum.
Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Uzbekistan ($28,469 per ton), while the average price for exports to Kazakhstan ($4,230 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Poland (+39.8%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

As a result, the exports attained the peak of 25K tons, and then fell sharply in the following year.
