In 2022, the average wood chips and particles import price amounted to $184 per cubic meter, growing by 3.8% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price continues to indicate strong growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2013 when the average import price increased by 198%. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the peak figure at $578 per cubic meter in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2022, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
